3. How to remove creases?
- Please follow our "crease solutions" and the creases will be removed.
1). The folded turf will have some creases but don’t worry, the base of the turf will be getting softened after being put direct in the sun, the crease will gradually disappear over time under the sunshine.
2). You can also use a brush to brush the grass at the crease in the opposite direction to help the pile of grass recover quicker.

4. Why the height of turf I received is not 1.38inch?
-As we folded the turf to ship, the squashed Pile when received is about 0.8inch, but the Straight height will recover to 1.38inch after brushed in the opposite direction.

-Please keep the grass piles in the same direction, it can make sure the color looks consistent.
